The following are the current opportunities for qualified international non-medical interns/volunteers to assist/enhance the BPHWT’s staff capacities:
- Fundraising/donor management
- Researching, writing, and editing of proposals, reports, publications, statements, and media releases in English
- English language capacity building with BPHWT team members
- Video production/editing
Selected international interns/volunteers are expected to spend at least six months with the BPHWT. All expenses and travel documentation are the responsibility of the international intern/volunteer.
The work location for all international intern/volunteer opportunities is at the BPHWT Office in Mae Sot, Thailand. The work week for the BPHWT staff, including any international interns/volunteers, is 09:00-16:00 from Monday – Saturday with days off for established BPHWT holidays. International interns/volunteers are expected to adhere to all BPHWT policies include proper dress International interns/volunteers must have the appropriate subject background and/or credentials, and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, both in a group as well as an individual capacity.
